What's the Meaning of This? Math Foldable Rubric Students will create a foldable for 19 linear equation vocabulary words found on page 95 and 175 of the textbook. Each tab will contain only one vocabulary word, definition, and example. Rubric Code: B84A44 By flpeanut Ready to use Public Rubric Subject: Math Type: Project Grade Levels: 6-8

Foldable Rubric
	Excellent 7 pts	Good 5 pts	Fair 3 pts	Poor 1 pts
Construction	Excellent Foldable was constructed correctly with no errors.	Good One flaw exists in construction of the foldable.	Fair Two ore more flaws exist in the construction of the foldable.	Poor The construction is not a foldable at all.
Definitions	Excellent All vocabulary words are included and definitions are accurate.	Good 1-3 vocabulary words are missing and/or definitions are inaccurate.	Fair 4-6 vocabulary words are missing and/or definitions are inaccurate.	Poor More than 6 vocabulary words are missing and/or definitions are inaccurate.
Attractive	Excellent The foldable is exceptionally attractive in terms of design, layout, and neatness.	Good The foldable is attractive in terms of design, layout, and neatness.	Fair The foldable is acceptably attractive though it may be a bit messy.	Poor The foldable is distractingly unattractive with rips and tears. It is not neat and very little to no thought was put into design and layout.
Spelling and Punctuation	Excellent There are no spelling or punctuation errors in the final draft.	Good There are 1-2 spelling or punctuation errors in the final draft.	Fair There are 3-4 spelling or punctuation errors in the final draft.	Poor There are 5 or more spelling or punctuation errors in the final draft.
Examples	Excellent Examples are included for all vocabulary words and are relevant to the word and/or definition.	Good 1-2 examples are missing and/or not relevant.	Fair 3-4 examples are missing and/or not relevant.	Poor There are 5 or more examples missing and/or not relevant.
