Presentation of Nutrition Information

This project will include breakfast meals learned during the quarter. This is a recipe compilation for a sample restaurant with 3 (oatmeal dish each person and 1 egg dish) varieties of breakfast with ingredients/description and nutrition information to be presented in class by the group members explaining the details of the product to assess whether it is what they would want to put into their menu.

Very Good Recipe of breakfast-egg dish & 2 oatmeal dishes are included (at least 3) with good presentations. The headings have no spelling errors. Steps are presented well.	Developing Recipe of breakfast-egg dish & 2 oatmeal dishes are included (at least 3) of the required recipes and details. The headings are not easily identified and contain spelling errors. Steps presented good but may be presented in a more understandable way.	Needs Improvement Recipe of breakfast-egg dish & 2 oatmeal dishes are included (at least 3) or less with some lacking procedures or steps. The presentation of the steps are ok but will need a lot of improvement to achieve the understanding of the products.	Poor Recipe has only 2 or less without so much to present therefore understanding is not easily achieved.

Needs Improvement 4 or Fewer Pictures are included in the Recipe with the steps. They are in color and but not attractive to the customer. Time and effort are not so much given. Clearly needs revision.	Poor 2 or less are pictures of the recipe are in the presentation. No creativity is evident. Very little effort given.
