Letter Name Student can identify the captial and the lower case letter A-D	Poor Students is unable to identify the both the capital and the lower case letter.	Fair Student is able to identify either the capital letter or the lower letter	Good Student is able to identify both the capital and the lower case letter.
Letter Sound The student is able to say the sound of the letter of study.	Poor Student is unable to say the sounds of the capital and the lower case letter.	Fair Students is able to say the sound of either the capital or the lower case, but feels they have different sounds.	Good The student is able to say the sound of the letter both for the capital and the lower case.
