Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.
Good

Student is at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate.
Excellent

Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.
Organization

Information begins at the power plant and is explained step by step until the appliance is powered.

Poor

Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.
Fair

Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.
Good

Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.
Excellent

Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Graphics

Diagrams and pictures on every slide (if a presentation)
Models and posters must have graphics that support and explain the whole process

Student uses superfluous graphics or no graphics

Student occasionally uses graphics that rarely support text and presentation.
