Instagram Project Instagram Project 9th grade students will create an "Instagram" account for one of the main character. Students can create one post or a profile overview with at least 3 posts. Photos/Images 3 pts	Exemplary Students has included a minimum of 1 images in their post or 3 for a profile overview. Images are representative major events and provide insight into character's personal life and the events of the story.	Good Student has a minimum of 1-3 images that represent the character's 'Life Events.' Photos/ Images are not all recognized as relevant to the character or story.	Needs Improvement Student has less than 1-3 photos/images. Pictures do not represent their character's "Life Events" or the events of the story.
Captions/Hashtags/Comments 3 pts	Exemplary Student has included a caption relevant to the story and at least ONE hashtag for each image on their poster. Comments and hashtags relate to the events and characters represented.	Good Student may be missing a caption or hashtag. Attempsts to use or is somewhat related to the story.	Needs Improvement Student created inappropriate captions or hashtags and/or has none.
Header/Handle 3 pts	Exemplary Student has created a unique and creative profile photo and has selected an appropriate and creative handle/ username.	Good Student created a photo and selected an appropriate handle/ username.	Needs Improvement Student did not create a proper header or has selected an inappropriate handle/username.
Grammar/Spelling 3 pts	Exemplary No punctuation or grammar and spelling errors.	Good 3 or less grammar and spelling errors.	Needs Improvement Many errors.
Clarity/Creativity 3 pts	Exemplary Project is neat, colorful, easy to read and engaging to others.	Good Project is somewhat neat and colorful, somewhat easy to read and mostly engaging to others.	Needs Improvement Project is difficult to read and not very engaging to others.
Presentation 5 pts	Exemplary Student presented post clearly, and audibly to students. Project was well explained and clear.	Good Student presented mostly clear and audibly to students. Project was mostly explained and somewhat clear.	Needs Improvement Student did not present project or presentation was unclear or mostly inaudible.
