Develop a presentation to share the most important information about your topic to the class through an interactive, engaging presentation. You must include a power point presentation or video or any other application used for presentations, have the class do some kind of reinforcement activity (game or worksheet), and develop and administered 10 to 12 questions quiz. You must provide keys for the activity and the quiz questions.

A team of 2 students will be given a basic muffin recipe & ingredients to prepare & bake a dozen muffins. (40 minutes).

Measures the work on an individual on a team. Can be used for self assessment, or to measure participation of other team members.

Each student will create a developmental activity that is age safe and educational for use in the 3-5 year old playschool. Design a restaurant concept, which involves the entire dining experience. Elements that define a restaurant concept include decor, lighting, menu, service, price, location, size, target market, atmosphere, seating, and hours of operation.

In specific groups, students will create a 30 second-1 min commercial using the Movie Maker Program. You must import a video for your commercial. Your commercial must be a story line production in which you are trying to convince someone to buy a specific product or go to a specific destination. You must complete the commercial worksheet (provided), and have at least 4 story board frames (see attached worksheets). You must have video, music and audio. A written script must accompany your presentation. Use the commercial worksheet to show how your commercial targets the appropriate customers, and to show how you will sell your project.
