General Debate Rubric to give an idea of debate requirements for those who have never debated.

Demonstrate accurate measurement of temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure based on current skill performance standards for California Nurse Aide certification.

The students will put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to their research on a historical figure in the medical field.

You will earn a grade that reflects the accuracy and detail of your research, and the quality of the presentation of your findings.

This will be used for prophylatic taping/strapping

I require notebooks for my science class and this is the rubric I use!!

This rubric will be used to tell you how you will be graded on keeping a notebook of all the work you do in class. You must keep a notebook of work you do everyday. This Rubric will assess how completely and efficiently you have kept your assignments, notes and handouts organized in your biology notebook.

1. Students will use 3 paper plates to create their own MyPlate, according to the information in their text. 2. They will draw, print, or cut out pictures of foods that represent the correct portions and food groups on MyPlate. 3. Students will also label each food group with serving sizes to illustrate proper portions of each group. 4. Finally, they will write a reflection paragraph for each plate (one per meal) answering three questions.

A paper is assigned to any student who misses the group presentation

Below is a chart that shows you exactly how your class participation grade will be evaluated. All students are expected to participate in class! Students should understand that their participation mark begins at 0 and then is built up through active participation. Students DO NOT automatically recieve a perfect participation mark at the beginning of the term and then "lose points" through non-participation.

Using criteria given develop and stock an ATR that would be able to function well.

TLW complete a diet diary for five days by documenting all foods and drinks, classifying items into the correct food groups, and determining if dietary goals are being met.

Part I of the senior project - written component

Working in groups of four, students will work collaboratively on a presentation to the class based on a mock emergency scenario with multiple injuries. Each group will prepare a 4 to 5 minute presentation to the class on their scenario, using proper first aid and emergency care procedures learned in class.
