Living Wax Museum/Biography Project
This rubric will be used to evaluate your writing preparation process, speech, and the costume used in the Living Wax Museum.
Student Road Trip Project
1. Your group will be taking a 7 day, 6 night round trip to a chosen destination in North America. 2. You must choose at least 4 points of interest you'd like to visit during your trip. You will research each point and write about them in your journals. 3. Your entire group will have a budget of $7,000. This budget includes all expenses (gas, food, lodging, shopping, entrance fees to parks, incidentals,etc.)
Cereal Box and presentation rubric for Ancient India
The student groups will create a cereal box to show their knowledge of Ancient India, in addition, they will conduct an oral presentation. The cereal box will contain information that the students had collected regarding Ancient Indian geography, religion, civilization, or so forth. The group presentation must be aligned with the cereal box.
Students will write a prayer that includes all types of prayer as taught to us in The Lord's Prayer.

Each of the 7 aspects of a civilization must have a photograph that represents an artifact from Ancient Mesopotamia which serves as your evidence. This photograph will link to another page which will represent your claim in paragraph form explaining why this evidence supports that aspect of civilization.
Artist Inspired Self Portrait
Select a painting/artists from the list. Select a medium and get teacher"s approval. Create a preliminary sketch and create your own artist inspired self portrait. Write an artist's statement about your work that explains your process, color choice, defined shapes and feature and reflects on your opinion on your artist's style.
