For the second portion of your Second Semester Exam you will conduct research on the history of Space Exploration of our Moon and Solar System to create a digital Timeline of Events.

You will use the Organ Attack board game. The final product must include two new components. First, it should include a way to add to the game in order to explain how homeostasis is important to our lives in both positive and negative ways. Second, it should teach the major systems of the human body. Be sure to include accurate, up-to-date information and graphics that illustrate important ideas.

The students will work on their own to put together a poster for to meet the requirements for the Earth Day Poster Competition. The poster should have areas segmented that directly reflect the infographic created by the student. The poster will be designed either directly on 11. 17 poster paper or created digitally and sized to print on the 11 x 17 poster paper.

Students will complete an infographic based upon personal research about their self-selected "sphere" related to the Tyson Earth Day Poster Project.

Students will research and present a case study of a disorder, disease, or illness related to the integumentary system.

Students will research information on the topic of choice and prepare a presentation to convey information to the class.

Prepare a timeline to include all of the relevant events related to the history of our understanding of DNA and Genetics. Add relevant events from our study of the application of these concepts to biotechnology. The minimum requirement is that you include all of the relevant historical information related to research and development.

Students will research and present a case study of a disorder, disease, or illness related to the skeletal system.

Physics and Art intersect to evaluate student understanding of physic principles of mixing pigments in a visual arts format that also shares student understanding of pigments in composition.

Prepare a timeline showing all 40 weeks of fetal development.
