The student will be able to use the forehand tennis swing using the proper follow through, torso alignment, footwork, and spatial awareness.

The students must demonstrate proper form for either an over head serve or an underhand serve. The ball must be tossed in the air, hit above the head, and the arm must follow through once the ball has been hit for the over head serve. The ball must be held in one hand, hit with the other (waist high), and their striking arm must follow through once the ball has been hit for the underhand serve.
