Tennis Forehand
	Needs Improvement 1 pts	Satisifactory 2 pts	Proficient 3 pts
Stance	Needs Improvement Feet together or too far apart, little to no balance, and no bend at the knees.	Satisifactory Feet almost shoulder width apart, fairly balanced with knees bent.	Proficient Feet are shoulder width apart, balanced, with knees slightly bent.
Body Position	Needs Improvement Facing the net without any turn of the body.	Satisifactory Non-dominant side slightly turned towards the ball.	Proficient Non-dominant side pointed towards the ball.
Execution	Needs Improvement Uses wrist with no back swing with an unlevel racket with no follow through. awkward	Satisifactory Not enough extension in back swing, and/or follow through is a little unlevel in follow through. swinging unevenly	Proficient Good back swing with a level follow through across the body. High to low
