Goals	Poor A goal is set for few of the health related components of fitness.	Fair A goal is set for most of the health related components of fitness.	Good A reachable goal is set for all health related components of fitness.
FITT Principle	Poor The FITT principle is used to make an exercise plan for a few health related component of fitness.	Fair The FITT principle is used to make an exercise plan for some health related component of fitness.	Good The FITT principle is used to make an appropriate exercise plan for each health related component of fitness.
