Food Groups Each entrée must include at least one serving of food from each food group.	Poor Entree only includes a serving from two or less of the food groups.	Fair Entree only includes a serving from three to four of the food groups.	Good Entree includes a serving from all five good groups.
Components of Entree Each entree must include the main dish, a side dish, and a beverage	Poor Entree only includes one of the three components (main dish, side dish, beverage).	Fair Entree includes two of the three components (main dish, side dish, beverage).	Good Entree includes all three of the components (main dish, side dish, beverage)
Serving Sizes Each entrée must include the serving size for each of the components of the meal.	Poor Entree does not include any serving sizes for any of the components of the meal.	Fair Entree includes serving sizes for some of the components of the meal.	Good Entree includes servings sizes for all the components of the meal.
List of Food Groups Entree includes a list of which food group each component of their entrée comes from.	Poor Entree does not include which food group each component comes from.
