Presentation Rubric
Presentation
Your presentation should represent a culmination of the information that you have gathered from your research on abolitonists. This is your time to shine and have fun with presenting your findings. In 15 minutes, you will present information on an abolitionist that is assigned to you and your group, using visual aids and the material from your research findings. Your presentation will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

It is evident that no outline was used in presentation development, lacking in a unifying theme.
Fair
Presentation is somewhat organized. There is evidence of basic structure but seems jump from one subject to another at times.
Good
Presentation is clearly organized and well-structured. Paragraphs, slides, sections etc. appear to flow together smoothly.
Using Sign Language
Poor
Sign language use demonstrates that student does not possess in depth knowledge and clarity on the information in relation to presentation. Sign errors are abundant.
Fair
Sign language use demonstrates that student possess little knowledge and clarity on the information in relation to presentation. Four to seven sign errors.
Good
Sign language use
demonstrates that student possess a lot of knowledge and clarity on the information in relation to presentation. Less than four sign errors.
Visual Element
Poor
There is no visual element. Presentation is read aloud with little eye contact with class.
Fair
Visual aid was not well-incorporated into the presentation and had little to do with presentation topic.
Good
Visual aid was well-incorporated into the presentation and clearly related to topic.
