A Living Memoir: Biography Project 
The living memoir project was created to cover a variety of writing skills for eighth grade. Students will chose an individual who has won a Nobel Peace Prize for their project. Many ideas for the assignment were adapted from the following blog: http://middleschool101.edublogs.org/2010/06/14/living-memoirs-a-biography-project/
