Telling Time Telling Time Students work in different activities that involve time clocks. Placing the numbers on the clock, positioning the hands of the clock and telling time to the hour, the half hour, quarter hour, and 3/4 hour. Telling Time

Student Identifies The Numbers	3 Student can accurately identify the numbers on a clock. Can fill in all numbers on time clock worksheet.	2 Student can identify the numbers on a clock with some accuracy, but still needs help. Can fill in some numbers on clock worksheet but not all.	1 Student cannot identify the numbers accurately on a clock. Student is unable to complete clock worksheet at all.
Placing The Hands of The Clock.	3 Student places the hands of the clock correctly corresponding with the times asked to do.	2 Student can place the hands of the clock correctly corresponding with the times asked some of the time, but unable to do so every time.	1 Student cannot place the hands of the clock correctly corresponding with the times asked to do. all of the time.
Writing out the time	3 Student can write out the time when shown a time on a clock all the time.	2 Student can write out the time when shown time on a clock occasionally.	1 Student cannot write out the time correctly when shown a time on the clock.
. Telling time to the hour and 1/2 hour	3 Student can accurately tell time to the hour and to the half every time that they are asked. Student can accurately write time on time worksheet.	2 Student can tell time to the hour and to the half, but not consistently. Student can write time on time worksheet, but needs some assistance.	1 Student cannot tell time to the hour and to the half hour at all when asked. Student is unable to complete a time worksheet without constant adult assistance.
