	Awesome 25 pts	Good 20 pts	Needs Improvement 15 pts
Speaking Quality	Awesome Nice voice quality and speed, made connections with the audience, and spoke very clearly.	Good Read directly from notes, but spoke clearly and with appropriate speed and tone of voice.	Needs Improvement Read directly from paper, could not clearly understand the words, talked too quickly or too slowly, tone of voice was inappropriate for the setting.
Nonverbal	Awesome Made eye contact, did not fidget, and showed expression while speaking.	Good Minimal eye contact, and a small amount of fidgeting, but no facial expressions.	Needs Improvement Did not make eye contact, fidgeting excessively, and no facial expressions.
Slideshow	Awesome What a great slideshow! Pictures chosen for visual appeal and text is used in just the right amount.	Good Some effort apparent. Pictures relate to the topic. Too much or too little text.	Needs Improvement Minimal effort evident. Slideshow appears sloppy.
Time	Awesome Perfect timing. Almost as if the speaker were intentionally clicking to advance slides.	Good Sometimes over time or under time as the slides change.	Needs Improvement Always over time or under time as the slides change. Little regard for timing is evident.
