Egg Survival	Excellent Egg remains in project and has no cracks.	Good Egg remains in the project and egg is has some cracks in the shell but nothing is leaking out.	Fair Egg might have come out of the project AND/OR the egg is leaking but not totally broken.	Poor Egg came totally out of the project OR the egg is severely broken to total smashed.
Participation	Excellent Student was on-task and focused during entire activity. Regularly contributed to group and engaged during performance	Good Student mostly on task, some contributions, and engaged during performance	Fair Student often distracted but some contributions and mildly engaged in performance	Poor Student distracted much of the time and not engaged.
Lab Report	Excellent All Portions of the lab report are complete. Name and other criteria are complete with no grammatical or spelling errors.	Good One portion of lab report is incomplete. Lab report shows some understanding of the concepts	Fair Incomplete or unacceptable lab report submitted. Work is shoddy and does not show understanding of the concepts.	Poor No lab report submitted.
