I attempted all work	Poor I did not do any classwork.	Fair I did some work, tasks are not complete.	Good I completed all in class assigned work today!
Answer Quality	Poor I did not try to answer questions.	Fair I wrote inappropriate or sloppy answers just to fill in blanks.	Good My answers are complete and appropriate for the question. Not required to be correct.
Daily Attitutde	Poor I refused worked, argued, talked back, or distracted peers.	Fair I refused work but sat quietly and was not distracting.	Good I worked appropriately and asked for/accepted help.
