Picture	Poor Picture and narrative seem unconnected.	Fair Picture and narrative are somewhat connected.	Good Picture and narrative are connected. Picture clearly enhances the narrative.	Excellent Picture and narrative are connected. Picture both enhances the narrative and is emmotive.
Format	Poor Fails to meet most format criteria.	Fair Some but not all format criteria are met. A major criteria was not met.	Good Most format criteria are met. Any unmet criteria are minor.	Excellent Meets all format criteria.
