Student sometimes completes activity.

Student rarely completes activity.
Has missing work.

Student does not complete required classwork.
Listening Skills

Above Average

Student always listens to others when they are speaking.
Average

Student tries to listen to others when they are speaking but needs to be reminded to do so at times.
Below Average

Student has a hard time listening to others and therefore needs to constantly be reminded to listen to others.

Student does not listen to others.
Consistently interrupts others when they are talking.
Attitude

Above Average

Student is positive about the activities being done in class.

Student is neutral about the activities.
Below Average

Student is rarely engaged in the activity.
Student can be fairly negative and needs a reminder to get back on task.

Student has a negative attitude.
Student makes the experience bad for others around him/her.
Student blames others rather than taking responsibility.
Social Interaction

Body and/or verbal responses show student was listening.
Average

Student sometimes pays attention to the group discussion.
Below Average

Student has very little positive interation with others.

Student frequently interrupts others and/or has no positive social skills.
