Home Economics - Lab 3: Smoothie Experiment 
The purpose of this lab is to test different smoothie recipes, to help determine what students would like to try to make at home for breakfast! They must follow written directions, keep their area clean as they go, clean up at the end (including dishes), and give Mr. A their best smoothie prodect at the end of the double class. They must be safe and not waste time.
