Open Ended Questions 4-Point Rubric Tibbetts General 4-Point Rubric Constructed response prompts and questions are most often two-three part questions. Answer each part fully to receive the maximum amount of points, which is 4. Answering only one part of the question makes it automatically half the points at most: 4 & 3 are considered proficient, with 2, 1, and 0 -- not being proficient.
