Ingredients	Poor 5 or more ingredients are missing from the list. 5 or more measurements are not included.	Fair 2 - 4 ingredients are missing from the list. 2 - 4 measurements are missing as well.	Good All of the ingredients are listed clearly. All of the measurements are included for each ingredient.
Cooking Steps	Poor There are only one step included in the recipe; the directions are difficult to follow.	Fair There are 2 or 3 steps in the recipe.	Good There are atleast four steps included in the recipe. They are easy to follow and are in a list.
Picture	Poor Picture is irrelevant to what the recipe is.	Fair The picture shows the food or themselves but not both.	Good The picture is clear and shows the student cooking the recipe.
Explanation for Thanksgiving	Poor The explanation lacks detail. It is only one sentence long.	Fair The explanation lacks reasoning why thanksgiving is celebrated. It is only two sentences long.	Good The explanation is clear; the chef included why this thanksgiving is celebrated The explanation is atleast three sentences long.
Oral Presentation	Poor Student does not speak clearly and it is difficult to understand what he/she is saying.	Fair Student reads with wrong pronunciation of words however, overall and state what the recipe is.	Good Student speaks fluently with little errors. Pronounces words with close accuracy. Voice clearly projected for everyone to hear.
