Neatness
The shape can be drawn on an 8 1/2 by 11 piece of paper or larger, posterboard, or graph paper.

Excellent

The student uses a ruler to draw 7 or more shapes with straight lines. Cylinders, cups or a circumerence tool are used to draw circles.
Good

The student uses a ruler to draw 5 shapes with straight lines. Cylinders, cups, or a circumference tool are used to draw circles.
Fair

The student draws 3 shapes with a ruler.
The student draws circles freehand (uses no cylinder shaped object to draw circles).
Labels

The shapes will be labeled with the room designation. For example: Kitchen, Living Room, Family Room, Bedroom, etc.

Excellent

The student labels 7 or more rooms.
Good

The student labels 5 or 6 rooms.
Fair

The student labels 4 or less rooms.
