Sensible Setting Diorama Diorama Rubric • DIORAMA(30 points) : Create a scene for your invented character and create a diorama. A diorama is a miniature scene in a box. With your created diorama, you will submit you diorama sketch, list of materials, and character explanation. Your diorama must represent your character's life- job, feelings, behaviours, like and dislikes. Project is excellently presented reflecting creativity and a lot of thought.	Good The project's appearance is quite professional and polished with few distracting elements. Good creative effort. Project is neat and shows evidence of time spent on it.	Fair The project's appearance is somewhat poor. Some distracting elements. Some attempt made to add color and originality. Project is neat.	Poor The project's appearance is quite poor. Many distractive elements. Little attempt to add color or originality. Project has sloppy appearance.
Accuracy	Excellent The project content is exemplary and suggests the student has discovered the important ideas of the scene presented.	Good The project content is good and suggests the student has discovered most of the important of the main ideas of the scene presented.	Fair The project content is fair/poor and suggests the student has not discovered most of the important ideas from the scene.	Poor The project content poor and suggests the student has not done sufficient research.
Images and Models	Excellent All images or models are effective.	Good All images or models are effective, but there appear to be too few or too many.	Fair Some images or models are effective.	Poor Too few images or models are used to be an effective presentation.
Paper Explanation; Idea Development	Excellent Paperwork thoroughly describes and explains the character and the scene as well as makes a connection as to why the scene reflects to the character.	Good Paperwork adequately describes the character and the scene as well as makes a connection to why the scene reflects the character.	Fair Paperwork attempts a description of the character and the scene. Little connection if made between the character and scene.	Poor Paperwork is missing either the description of the character or the connection to the scene.
