Completion, Organization & Effort	Excellent Displays fully detailed sentences in the target language and has put care and effort into the process. Excellent organisation.	Good Writer included somewhat detailed sentences. Writing is generally logical. Most information included. Minor errors made.	Pass Satisfactory detail in sentences but has left out some key components of the writing task.	Needs more work Minimum standard of completion reached. Key components omitted but shows minimum understanding. Many sentences are lacking detail and organisation.
Comprehensibility	Excellent Reader can always understand what the writer is trying to communicate.Vocabulary and grammar are used correctly. Interpretation on part of reader is unnecessary.	Good Reader can understand most of what the writer is trying to communicate. Mostly correct use of vocabulary and grammar. Minimal interpretation is required.	Pass Reader can understand less than half of what writer is trying to communicate and must rely on interpretation. Inconsistent use of vocabulary and grammar.	Needs more work Reader can understand a minimal amount of what the writer is trying to communicate. Understanding is heavily reliant upon reader interpretation.
General Accuracy	Excellent Writer stays in target language throughout and uses correct word order & script use.	Good Writer usually uses correct word order & script use.	Pass Writer displays inconsistency with word order & script use.	Needs more work Writer had demonstrated a minimum standard of accuracy. Many errors in word order & script use.
