Medical Ethics Case Study and Oral Presentation 
Students are to work in a group to define the type of Malpractice or Tort that took place. State where the negligence occurred, what the patient originally presented for, what went wrong, how it could have been prevented, what the case settlement was, what they would do in the position of the physician, and what they would do in the position of the patient. Presentation will be in PowerPoint form. Any students absent for this assignment will be forced to work alone and will lose points.
