Content Accuracy Score: ________	Poor Student attempts to identify shapes and colors by using vocabulary of yellow, green & red and twist, elbow, and shell.	Fair Student is able to identify one or more of the colors and shapes. Student uses appropriate name to identify colors and shapes.	Good Student is able to identify the colors- yellow, green & red and the shapes- twist, elbow, and shell by using the correct name to do so.
Understanding pattern formation Score: ________	Poor Student is beginning to understand the concept of a pattern, but is not able to create one.	Fair Student has a basic understanding of pattern formation, but is unable to create one without asistance.	Good Student fully understands concept of pattern formation and is able to create one on thier own without asistance.
Class Participation Score: ________	Poor Student was unable to pay attention or stay on task. Student did not participate in classroom discussion or activity.	Fair Listened quietly and stayed on task but did not answer questions when asked or participate in classroom discussion.	Good Student stayed on task and participated fully in classroom discussion and activity.
