Poem written in correct format	Exceptional Poem follows the "I Am..." format given completely.	Complete Poem follows the proper format for the most part. There may be a few minor errors. Poem expresses writer's feelings	Exceptional Entire poem shows reflection and expression of feelings on the part of the writer. It gives real insight into the writer's character.	Complete Poem shows some evidence of the author's feelings and reflections. Parts of the poem may be shallow, but most of the poem expresses some depth and insight.	Incomplete Poem is basic and shows very little reflection. The poet's feelings are not revealed.	Re do Poem shows almost no thought on the part of the writer.
Poem is neatly written	Exceptional Poem is neatly written, with few mistakes. Spelling, grammar, and format are, for the most part, correct.	Complete Poem is neatly written, but the are several mistakes in spelling, grammar and/or format. Mistakes do not detract from meaning.	Incomplete Poem is neat, but spelling, grammar and format errors make it difficult to read.	Re do Poem is not neatly written .
