Fair All 50 states were drawn, labeled accurately, and drawn in a somewhat neat manner. Alternating colors provided a somewhat clear way of seeing the borders drawn fairly accurately for the states.	Good Less than 50 states were drawn, or were labeled inaccurately, or not drawn neatly. Alternating colors may not have provided a clear way of seeing the borders drawn for the states.
Neatness	Poor Project was completed neatly making it easy to read and understand. It was kept in good shape and handed in neatly.	Fair Project was completed somewhat neatly, making it easy to understand. It was handed in as a project not in good shape, because of storage by the student.	Good Project was created in a less than neat manner, with signs of sloppy work.
