All steps of the process have been thoroughly explained and answers are clear.	Good Group completes Problem Solving Packet completely. Not all steps of the process have been thoroughly explained, and/or some answers are unclear.	Developing Group does not complete Problem Solving Packet, but the definitions are complete.
Project Journal Group keeps a complete journal of all resources found and used, the group's work, flight trials, and outcomes.	Superior Project Journal has been completed on a daily basis and includes information about all resources, each individual's work, trial tables, and design outcomes.
