Knife Cuts/Skills	Excellent Booklet includes all of the knife cuts/skills that were required.	Good Missing 1 of the requirements	Fair Missing 2 or more requirements.	Poor Missing more than 5 of the requirements.
Accuracy	Excellent All pages of booklet are accurate with no mistakes.	Good There is 1 or 2 mistakes.	Fair There are numerous obvious mistakes.	Poor Most pages are incorrect or missing information.
Spelling	Excellent All words are spelled correctly. Grammar and sentence structure are correct.	Good Some words are misspelled.	Fair Spelling mistakes appear often.	Poor Spelling mistakes are overabundant.
Class time/Effort	Excellent Student goes to great length to perfect their booklet. Class time was used wisely.	Good Student was sometimes distracted, but would remain on task when reminded.	Fair Student was distracted often, but put effort in.	Poor Student put little to no effort into booklet and it shows. Spent majority of class time off task and distracting others.
Pictures	Excellent Every page has images that pertain to that knife skill or knife cut.	Good 1 page is missing an image.	Fair	Poor Almost no images on pages.
Turned in	Excellent Booklet was either hand drawn completely or completely computer generated. Booklet is completely colored and turned in on time.	Good	Fair Mixed options together- hand drawn some and computer generated others.	Poor Not turned in correctly- no color.
