Focus	Poor The student spent most of their time off task.	Fair About half the time, the student remained focused on the project.	Excellent The student was focused and diligent.
Prepared	Poor The student never brought the things the group needed to complete the project.	Fair Most of the time the student remembered to bring the things they were supposed to.	Excellent The student was always prepared to do their part of the assignment.
Quality	Poor The student showed little concern about the quality of their work.	Fair It was evident the student was trying most of the time.	Excellent The student tried for excellence at all times.
Cooperation	Poor The student did not work well with the group, and they did not do their part of the assignment.	Fair The student worked well with others, but did not always finish their part of the assignment.	Excellent The student was wonderful to work with on this project, and it would be a pleasure to work with them again.
