Planning	Still Need More I didn't think about my project much at all. I should have talked to Ms. G about using school supplies or brought some to school, but I forgot. I haven't prepared well for my project.	Good Effort I gave my project a little thought after I was given the assignment on Monday. I didn't have all my materials with my in class on Thursday.	Moon Master I thought about my project after I was given the assignment on Monday. On Thursday I brought in all the materials I would need for my project or had already talked to Ms. G about using some school supplies. I was ready to start working!
Mock-up	Still Need More I didn't do a Mock-up to bring to class on Wednesday, even though I knew it was due.	Good Effort I started my Mock-up on Wednesday night because I knew it was due the next day and I needed to get to work. It helped me a little for my project.	Moon Master I planned my Mock-up and brought it in to class on Wednesday to discuss with Ms. G It has all the materials I will need, the points I want to get across, and a clear sketch of each part of the phase cycle. It helped me a lot for my project.
The Phases of the Moon	Still Need More My project shows that I have not learned about the phases of the moon. I have made several mistakes on labeling the phases. I also forgot the sun and Earth.	Good Effort My project shows that I am trying to learn the eight phases of the moon. I have tried hard but was not able to correctly label all eight phases.	Moon Master My project clearly shows that I have learned the eight phases of the moon. I have labeled the sun, Earth, and each of the eight phases of the moon.
Project Creativity	Still Need More I am very upset about my Moon Project. I know that I didn't try as hard as I could have and that my project could have been better if....
