French Interview Project

Two of your group members are interviewing a famous person from any French-speaking society. The person may be from the past or present. Along with your partner, your answers and questions, must show knowledge of your historical figure and be creative in nature.

Questions/Content	Poor Questions are not well thought out and there is little evidence that much effort was put into the project.	Fair Questions are not as well thought out at times. Material researched is not consistently used.	Good Questions are well thought out and there is evidence that you have applied researched information.	Excellent/Superior Questions are well thought out and there is evidence that you have applied a great amount of researched material. Questions & answers well thought out!
Grammar/Vocabulary	Poor Vocabulary and grammar usage demonstrates very little knowledge of course level content. There are more than 10 errors relating to grammar and vocabulary.	Fair Vocabulary and grammar usage demonstrates basic knowledge of course-level content, but use is limited. Errors relating to grammar and vocabulary are between 4-7.	Good Vocabulary and grammar usage demonstrates good knowledge of course-level content. Errors are minimal, less than 4.	Excellent/Superior Vocabulary and grammar usage demonstrates thorough knowledge of course content with heavy usage and there are virtually no errors with vocabulary and grammar.
Pronunciation	Poor Pronunciation is weak and errors abundant. Comprehension is a strain.	Fair Students demonstrate basic knowledge of rules of pronunciation, but several errors are still made.	Good Students demonstrate knowledge of rules of pronunciation and there are few errors.	Excellent/Superior Students demonstrate knowledge of rules of pronunciation and therefore very few errors are made.
Written work	Poor Written work is not handed in in a timely manner.	Fair Written work is turned in but work is done superficially: very little organization, and is not typed.	Good Written work is turned in. Work is typed, but some last minute corrections have been penned/penciled in.	Excellent/Superior Written work is turned in and work is typed and organized, with no last minute corrections or cross-outs.
