Language easy to follow.	Average There was no introduction or conclusion. Speaker went directly to answering two question. Speech hard o follow.	Poor Speech lacked overall organization.
Body of the talk	Excellent Excellent explanation of two responses. Information equally balanced. Details were interesting.	Very Good Two answers but one that was longer. Limited details	Average Speaker only focused on one idea. There were not many details.	Poor Speech was hard to separate one idea from the other.
Body language	Excellent Comfortable delivery. Lively facial expression. No verbal pauses. Voice was enthusiastic. Good volume. Nice variation of pitch Good posture	Very Good Overall fluent delivery seemed nervous. Little movement. Average eye contact. Needed to practice one more time.	Average Reasonable eye contact. Remained behind podium. No movement. Needed a lot more practice.	Poor Read from a script or memorized. No interaction with audience. Clearly unprepared.
Grammar & Pronunciation	Excellent Outstanding No errors.	Very Good Speech had 3 to 5 errors. It made the speech challenging to follow.	Average Speech had 5 to 7 . Problem with verb tense and conjugation.	Poor Hard to follow the talk due to number of errors. Language too hard to follow.
