English 1302 Literary Analysis Research Paper 
Research Paper: these are the basic requirements for the 7-10 page research paper on a literary text of the author's choosing. It must be evaluative (takes a position). This is not a report; so it is not a summary. Summary may be used as part of evidence, but the purpose of this research paper is to synthesize. 80 points = 100%
