Needs Improvement Includes between 1-2 detailed description to scenarios given on reconstruction plan.	Meets Includes between 2-3 scenarios detailed descriptions given on reconstruction plan.	Exceeds Includes 4+ scenarios detailed descriptions given on reconstruction plan.
Design/Quality	Does Not Meet Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the group is capable of. It is true that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.	Needs Improvement Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the group is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.	Meets The work was done with good effort that shows what the group is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this poster and presentation. Provides a poster board to present information. Poster board is between 50-79% complete.	Exceeds The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the group is proud of their work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner. Provides a a poster board to present and is between 80% to 100% complete.
Presentation	Does Not Meet Does not choose to present on presentation day.	Needs Improvement Presentation time is under a minute to present any information. Minimal-no eye contact with the student crowd.	Meets Presentation time is between 1-2 minutes to present information. Minimal-moderate eye contact with the student crowd.
