Students will present their findings about their family's personal history which may include a Power Point slideshow, an artifact to share, a food demonstration or Heritage doll narration.

Addresses Audience	Excellent Student consistently engages their audience when he/she makes eye contact, uses gestures, and uses an appropriate tonal quality in a formal setting.	Good Student is able to speak clearly, make eye contact and uses some gestures to engage audience members with their presentaion.	Fair Student speaks clearly, uses an appropriate tonal quality, some body movement and eye contact with audience members is observed during presentation.	Poor Student speaks to audience, makes some eye contact and uses little or no other body language to connect with audience members.
Informative Content	Excellent Content learned and presented to audience members is unique, informative and provided new learning opportunities for future discussion.	Good Content presented to audience members is relevant to the presentation and provided new learning opportunities for the presenter.	Fair Content presented is relevant to the speaking situation.	Poor Content presented is unclear and provides little or no insight into student's presonal history.
Visual Aids	Excellent Student is able to justify and explain and provides a clear, consistent and convincing explanation and description for each assistive device used.	Good Student is able to provide a strong explanation and description for each assistive device used in their presentaion.	Fair Student is able to provide sufficient explanation and/or description for each assistive device used in their presentation.	Poor Student provides little or no explanation or description for any assistive device used in their presentation.
