Written Instructions	Poor Written instructions are hard to follow, and incomplete. Reader will have difficulty completing the mummification process. There is no introduction.	Fair Written instructions are capable of interpretation with some evaluations/assumptions made by the reader in order to complete the process. There is an introduction on mummification, but does not explain the purpose/importance of mummification.	Good Written instructions are clear, complete, concise, and somewhat easy to follow. There is an explanation of the purpose/importance of mummification, but it is not detailed.	Excellent Written instructions are clear, complete, concise, and easy to follow. There is a detailed introduction explaining the purpose/importance of mummifications in ancient Egypt.
Visual/Graphics	Poor Graphics do not complement the written instructions and are not included for all the steps.	Fair Some graphics are included throughout the steps of the mummification process. Graphics are clear, and easy to comprehend.	Good Graphics complement written instructions well, and clearly represent the relationship of the mummification process.
