Menu Rubric 
Create a menu. You must give your restaurant a name and create the menu. The menu should include at least four complete choices for each of the 4 different sections of the menu: appetizers, entrees, desserts and beverages. The menu should be visually pleasing with with easily identifiable headings, prices, and graphics/color photos.

All pictures in the menu are neat and organized. Many creative ideas included. The pictures are in colour and would be very attractive to the customer. Time and effort have been clearly invested.

Most pictures in the menu are neat and organized. They are in colour and attractive to the reader. Shows considerable effort.

Few pictures are included in the menu, drawings are missing colour. Shows some effort.

Very few pictures are included in the menu. Pictures drawn in pencil/pen. Shows minimal effort.

Menu includes 1 food choice in each section. Few or no prices are listed. Many items are misspelled. Lacks clarity.
Creativity/Effort

Level 4

Clear evidence of effort put forth. Menu is extremely neat, organized, colorful, and very creative. The menu is very attractive.
Level 3

There is evidence of effort. Menu is neat, colorful, organized, and creative. The menu is attractive.
Level 2

There is some evidence of effort, menu is organized, but not neat or creative or it may be creative, but not neat or organized.
Level 1

There is little to no effort, and menu is not organized, neat or creative. The menu is unattractive.
