Mexican Huipil 
Task: Students learned about Huipils or Tunic worn by indigenous women of Central Mexico or Central America. Students looked at the different designs, bright colors and patterns used to make the Huipils. Goal: Their goal was to create a paper Huipil inspired by the design of Mexican Huipils, using paper and oil pastels. They had to also incorporate a pattern of lines and/or shapes and colors.
