The model is two or three dimensional and has all ten parts of the plant.

The model is 2D or 3D but is missing three or more parts of the plant.

The model is not 2D or 3D and/or is missing many parts of the plant.

Student was very creative with their use of materials. The plant looks very similar to the external and internal structures it represents.

Student was somewhat creative with their use of materials. The plant parts look somewhat like the external and internal structures it represents.

Student was not very creative with materials. The plant model does not look like the external and internal structures it represents.

Student used only ONE type of material to create plant model. Model does NOT look similar to external and internal structures it represents.

Student presented model using a clear, loud voice. Student looked at the audience as they presented. Student explained all 10 parts of the plant successfully.

Student presented model using a clear, loud voice but did not look at the audience as they presented. Student explained most of the 10 parts of the plant.

Student presented model but did not use a clear, loud voice OR student did not look at the audience as they presented. Student explained some of the 10 parts of the plant.

Student presented model using soft, unclear voice. Student made no eye contact with the audience. Student was not successful when explaining the parts of the plant.
