Store Layout

Selling Space	1 Clustered, too small. There is no present sales demonstrations and the products are disorganized.	2 Things are still messy. Crowded space and there is some but little sales demonstrations.	3 Very busy space. Some product demonstrations and the store is clean.	4 The product demonstrations help to further the enhancement of the product. Very well kept and easily navigable.	5 Organized, used completely and the Merchandise can be easily found.
Merchandising Space	1 There is too much in one space, gives the store a very messy look.	2 Assistance needed to be spotted by customer and the space is still very messy.	3 Somewhat used and it does not interfere with the selling space, a little bit messy.	4 Space used mostly, neat and clean. Easy to spot and not very crowded.	5 Space used to its max potential, easy to navigate and does not distract he customer from the products being displayed.
Personnel Space	1 No Employee lounge is present or there are no restrooms.	2 Public space, very clean. But there is no area for just the employees.	3 Personnel space is hidden from the public and there are separate bathrooms for customers and employees.	4 There is a big personnel space and it is kept hidden form the public's eye and the restrooms are both clean and easy to find.	5 The Personnel space is hidden and doesn't take away from the store interior. It also is very big and roomy for its employees.
Customer Space	1 There are no restrooms. Hardly any dressing rooms and if there are some they are very clustered and small.	2 Restrooms not in the most accessible location. Some Dressing rooms but still a bit small and cluttered.	3 Restrooms are dirty and small. Dressing rooms are of adequate size but still hard to find.	4 The Restrooms are clean and big. The Dressing rooms are easily seen by the customer.	5 The restrooms and dressing rooms match the theme and mood of the store. Both are kept clean.
