Information	Good All required information for the created country is presented.	Fair Only some information from Part Three on the instructions is presented, or some information is incorrect.	Needs Improvement Bulk of the information is missing or incorrect. Product is off topic or distracting.
Research	Good Group accurately researches two countries for their selected type of government. Research includes a broad range of topics from the list under Part Three in the instructions. At least three sources are used and a correct bibliography is included with the project.	Fair Group accurately researches two countries for their selected type of government. However, research topics are limited so that the group will not have an accurate idea of how their government type works with some of the topics from the list under Part Three in the instructions. Not enough sources or an incorrect bibliography are included with the project.	Needs Improvement Group's research is not accurate or is not enough to understand their government type. No bibliography is turned in with the project.
Creativity and Neatness	Good Product demonstrates creative thinking and is free of verbal or written errors. No mistakes in how the product is created (stray marks or lack of neatness on a paper product, video editing errors on a video project, etc.)	Fair Some creativity is shown, but a lot of details about the country are taken directly from the real researched countries. Several mistakes in how the product is created (marks on papers, video or sound quality issues, spelling or verbal errors).	Needs Improvement Many errors or a lack of creativity or effort in the final product.
Group Work and Cooperation	Good All group members work together and stay focused on their assignment.	Fair Group stays focused most of the time. Some distractions, but the group is able to redirect themselves back to the topic.	Needs Improvement Group is unfocused or has arguments when working together. I have to keep the group on task or help them work out problems amongst the group members.
