Appearance of Notebook 15 % Notebook must have your name on the front cover in large readable letters along with what period you attend this class.	Poor Notebook does not have your name or period written on the front of the notebook	Fair Notebook has your name but not the period. Or has your name and period written in a sloppy fashion that is hard to read, with other marks, drawings, or looks messy	Good Notebook has your neme and period on the front and looks ok, but could have been done neater and made to show more pride and ability.	Excellent Notebook cover is neat and has easily readable letters to identify your name and period. There are no extra marks, nor poorly written words on the front. It looks professional
Required Elements 40 % notes, vocabulary, questions, worksheets, study notes, activities, and projects	Poor Missing most of the notes and labs that were completed during the quarter.
