	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
On Task	Poor Student spends little time on-task and does not follow directions.	Fair Student spends some of the time following directions and is mostly on-task during work time.	Good Student is focused and on-task the whole time and follows directions completely.
Neatness	Poor Work is sloppy and shows evidence of the student not taking their time. Coloring is messy and parts are not glued together properly.	Fair Work is moderately neat and shows that the student took their time. Coloring is neat and parts are glued together.	Good Work is very neat and shows evidence that the child took their time throughout the project. The coloring is creative and the parts are glued on neatly and with care.
Word Problem	Poor Word Problem is not legible or does not contain the correct keyword for the operation that needs to be used.	Fair Word problem is neat and legible and contains the correct keywords for the operation to be used.	Good Word problem is neat, legible, contains correct key words for the operations to be used, and used two steps using addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division.
