Organizations	Poor There is no organization. The proposal is off-topic, there is no flow, or sense of direction to where the project can lead.	Fair There is some organization, but a little scrambled. There is some flow to the proposal subject to the next, and shows some form of direction of where the project will lead.	Good There is excellent organization. The proposal gives an amazing form of flow from one subject to the next as well as the point of the whole project/direction in which the project is to lead.
Content	Poor Much of the required content is missing. Several sections do not answers requirements.	Fair Some of the required content is missing. Some sections do not clearly answers requirements.	Good None of the required content is missing. Each section clearly answers requirements.
Mechanics	Poor There are more than six grammatical errors, run-on sentences, and short paragraphs. Punctuation is not used properly.	Fair There are less than five grammatical errors, run-on, sentences, and short paragraphs. There is work needed to be done on the correct grammar and punctuation.	Good Grammar and punctuation is perfect. There are zero to two grammatical and punctuation errors. There are no run-on sentences, or short paragraphs.
Audience Attention	Poor Your report does not capture the audience's attention nor does it have a sense of purpose for the topic. The text stated in the proposal does not have anything to with the topic.	Fair You caught some of your audience's attention by using subjects based off of your topic. But, there are some subjects that do not have anything to do with the topic and you lost some of your audience, as well as the purpose of the proposal.	Good The audience is very interested and engaged in what you have to say about the topic. All of your subjects are on-point with the topic and they have interesting facts and/or stories to go with them.
