Plays Correct Chords	Beginning Plays some chords correctly.	Developing Plays more than half of the chords correctly with adequate fingering choices.	Proficient Plays almost all of the chords correctly with good fingering choices.	Advanced Plays all chords correctly with excellent fingering choices.	Total
Strumming and rhythm	Beginning Plays some of the selection with adequate rhythm, strums down but often strums up.	Developing Plays more than half of the selection with adequate rhythm, strums down consistently.	Proficient Plays almost all of the selection with good rhythm, beginning to strum down/up patterns.	Advanced Plays all of the selection with excellent rhythm, makes good strumming choices of down/up patterns.	Total
